Shipping Information New York Buyers Club, Inc. owned stores offer multiple shipping options for delivery within the US and international shipping to destinations across the world. All goods are sold Freight on Board our shipping center. Any shipping company you select via our shopping cart, or that we procure on your behalf as a result of a telephone, fax or mail order is your decision. Responsibility for the goods you have purchased transfer to you when your order (in whole or in part) leaves our warehouse or shipping center. It is your responsibility to see that the shipping company you choose performs and that you select a shipping company and method that meets your needs and insures your interests. We will endeavor to accomodate any reasonable shipping request and prepare the order to meet the requirements of the shipping company of your choice. Note that all International Orders are sent by US Global Express Mail ONLY. Please note instructions regarding confirming the acceptability of any products purchased to conform to local law; NYBC is not liable for failure of packages to pass customs.
Shipping Performance New York Buyers Club, Inc. will take appropriate care in packing your order and releasing it to the shipping company you have selected. However, we cannot guarantee a shipping companies performance. We do our best to offer a good selection of shipping alternatives -- so please choose based on your needs and requirements. Once the order has been shipped it is in the hands of the shipping company to take care and fulfill its obligations to you. Please understand that occasionally shipping companies do not deliver on time (as promised) or even worse damage an item in transit. The shipping company is responsible to make all accomodations to you, the recipient, in the event that they, the shipping company, screw up! We will help you in understanding what forms to file, numbers to call or what the proper proceedure is, to file a claim or to inquire as to the status of a problem shipment with a shipper. It is your obligation to follow through, with a shipping company, to protect your rights.
Shipping from Multiple Locations New York Buyers Club, Inc. ships from its main office. If all items are not available from the closest shipping center items may be shipped from multiple locations. We do our best to keep the shipping charges as low as possible sometimes that means breaking up an order and shipping from the closest possible shipping center with your items in stock and other times it is less expensive shipping the entire order from a more distant shipping center. If you choose a ground shipping option that could mean that some items might arrive in 2-3 days and others could take 5-7 business days to arrive. We will strike the best balance we can in an attempt to get you your order as soon as possible and at as low a shipping rate as available (within the shipping option you specify).
Order Processing Time
We process orders on a first come first served basis. Many times orders are shipped the same day but we cannot guarantee this! Ninety-nine percent of in stock items will be processed within 2 business days and expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.
Low Cost Shipping and Handling Any handling fees (and shipping insurance) are kept as low as possible! It is evident that many do overcharge for shipping and handling these days. With shipping costs increasing due to higher fuel costs we do our best to keep the handling costs as low as possible (and things simple). We are not in the shipping business (we sell supplements and such!) so we rely on real-time quotes for shipping charges obtained at the time of checkout. During the checkout process you will be presented with all of your shipping method options giving you the benefit of selecting how your items are shipped. You will be notified if some products will be shipped from different locations so you can choose a shipping method for each group of products based on your preferences. Nominal handling fees (if any) are included in the quotes you are given. Insurance is an additional cost that is not included in the original shipping quote.
Shipping To Multiple Locations New York Buyers Club, Inc. can't break up your order and ship some items to one location and other items to a different location. We can however, ship your entire order to any location you wish. During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to change your shipping address to any address you wish. If you need to ship items to multiple locations you need to place separate orders for each location you wish items to be shipped to OR call Customer Service to place a Special Order.
Website Shipping Agreement
1. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be given a selection of available shipping methods before the purchase is complete. If the customer wants a different shipping company or method they must initiate that request prior to included in the original order.
2. Only shipment methods and shipping companies that provide proof of delivery (tracking) back to us are acceptable.
3. We require you to purchase shipping insurance on all orders over $100 and will add this cost to your order.
4. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping you will need to file a claim through your chosen shipping company as no refunds are given directly by us for claims that need to be filed with the responsible shipping company.
DAMAGES DURING SHIPMENT OR PACKAGE NEVER RECEIVED
If your product purchase amount was under $100 please contact us and we will provide a form for making a shipping claim. All shipments over $100 are insured directly through and only by the shipping company. If your purchase amount was $100 or more you will need to file a claim through the chosen shipping company as no refunds are given directly by us. We ship all of our products insured so that you can be reimbursed for the products' cost if it is damaged during shipping. You will be required to complete your the shippers insurance claim form procedures directly with the shipper.
5. Special Instructions by you are a binding request that obligate us and you. We need not obtain separate billing authorization for requests, that if granted by us, result in additional charges to you. Notification after the fact for reasonable cost increases or decreases shall be deemed sufficient notification by you. Sufficient notification shall include transmission of billing authorizations and charges to your credit card company, bank or financial institution. Revised invoices may be included after the fact, along with the shipment or separately mailed or emailed to the address we have on file for you or posted to your My Orders page found via the My Account link visible on New York Buyers Club, Inc. owned store shopping carts.
Severability and Integration Unless otherwise specified herein, this webpage is a subset of your Entire Agreement. Your Entire Agreement includes: 1. Our Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policies (see: http://nybcsecure.org/privacy). 2. This Shipping Information and Website Shipping Agreement (see: http://nybcsecure.org/shipping). 3. Our Ordering Information and Satisfaction Guarantee Agreement (see: http://nybcsecure.org/ordering). 4. Our Additional Terms Agreement (see: http://nybcsecure.org/conditions). 5. Our Copyright Notice (see: http://nybcsecure.org/copyright). The above five items, set forth the Entire Agreement and understanding of the parties, relating to the subject matter hereof, and merges all prior discussions and writings, between them, with respect to the contents of this agreement. If any provision (or part thereof) of this Entire Agreement, is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, as part of a final non-appealable ruling, government action, or binding arbitration, to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced as nearly as possible in accordance with the stated intention of the parties, while the remainder of this Entire Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and bind the parties according to its terms. |
