BroccoMax (Jarrow) Each bottle, 60 capsules. Each capsule, 375 mg broccoli seed extract (30 mg sulforaphane). As Jarrow notes, cruciferous vegetables include broccoli and contain chemicals associated with antioxidant and cellular protection. Sulforaphane glucosinolate is extracted (without solvents) from broccoli seeds. It is metabolized to sulforaphane (isothiocyanate), which is a highly reactive antioxidant and a potent inducer of phase 2 detoxifying enzymes and protector of DNA. More on this shortly.
