CoCalm Spirit (Health Concerns) Each bottle, 90 tablets. This formula is designed, in Chinese medicine terms, to address a deficiency of Heart yin. It is intended for people suffering symptoms arising from excessive stress resulting in anxiety, depression, insomnia or restlessness. It is based on the traditional formula, Heart Stabilizing Pills (Ding Xin Wan).

Each tablet contains 750 mg of magnesium aspartate (75 mg), taurine (100 mg), (300 mg); a proprietary blend of 33 mg of enzymes including amylase, CereCalase, protease, catalase, alpha-galactosidase, lipase, glucoamylase, cellulase, malt diatase along with a proprietary blend of 593 mg per tablet of herbs: Biota seed (Bai Zi Ren), White Peony root (Bai Shao), Tang Kuei root (Dang Gui), Fu shen sclerotium, Polygala root (Yuan Zhi), Zizyphus seed (Suan Zao Ren), Ophiopogon tuber (Mai Men Dong), Codonopsis root (Dang Shen), and Amber resin (Hu Po). Suggested use is three tablets, 2 to 3 times per day, between meals.
