Super Blend - now known as Super Immune Multivitamin (Super Nutrition). This formula contains iron. A daily multivitamin/multimineral formula with herbs. These are easy-to-digest, vegetarian tablets in a food-based formula. Since the formula is so comprehensive, you may be able to eliminate any additional single vitamins you might be taking, such as vitamin C, E, selenium, zinc. However, amounts of alpha lipoic acid and acetylcarnitine, while it is great they are there and may help to reduce daily pill count, are probably too low if you have a chronic condition. You may take anywhere from 1 to 8 tablets per day, as needed; the suggested use is to take 8 tablets a day, 4 tablets after breakfast and 4 tablets after lunch or dinner.
