Green Tea (Jarrow) Each bottle, 100 capsules. Each capsule, 500 mg of a 5:1 water extract of green tea (with 40% polyphenol and 30% catechin antioxidant concentrations in each cap).
There is some evidence that some of these antioxidants may have an effect on HIV. How many capsules one might need to take (or cups of tea to drink daily) is unknown. The suggested use is 1-5 capsules per day with meals or as directed.
