Calcium Orotate (Advanced Research) Each bottle, 200 tablets. Each tablet, calcium orotate 500 mg; magnesium (112.3 mg) (as magnesium L-aspartate and as magnesium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate). May be very helpful in improving bone density. Do not take at the same time as magnesium orotate. Anecdotal but unconfirmed reports of using this with lithium orotate may help improve liver function.
